In an emergency, our team works together to get you help. An emergency support specialist will connect quickly to check on you and guide you through what to do next.

At the same time, another specialist will contact first responders to dispatch help to the scene. Your emergency support specialist will stay connected while you wait.

We can speak to first responders on your behalf if they arrive at the scene, but we may need to roll down the window slightly to do so.

Remember, you can always call 911 for immediate assistance. Cruise cars will pull over for law enforcement or ambulance services.
