Ride Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Cancellation. After requesting a ride you may cancel it at any time, but note that in certain cases a cancellation fee may apply. You may also be charged if you fail to show up after requesting a ride. You will be notified in advance if a cancellation fee applies.
Refunds. If you were disappointed in your Cruise ride, or think you may have been charged incorrectly (such as inaccurate ride time and/or distance), contact us within fourteen days at rider-support@getcruise.com and tell us about it. We’ll review the details of your ride and try to make it right. Because we review every report, please provide accurate information about your ride. Providing inaccurate or insufficient information may result in your request being denied or other account actions consistent with our Terms of Service.
