Cruise Pricing Policy

Cruise fares are calculated using the estimated time and distance of an optimal route. You will be presented with the fare before you request your ride. If the route that the AV takes differs from the optimal route and the actual time or distance of your trip are longer, your cost will stay the same. If you update your trip, we’ll confirm your new total before re-routing. If you end your ride early, we’ll prorate your fare for the portion of the ride you had taken before ending the ride.

When booking a trip, you can tap on the cost (e.g. $8.35) to view the “Cost Breakdown” screen in the app to get a more detailed view.
